A Container, Not a Course
The Sacred Sanctuary is not a teaching programme. There is nothing here to complete, consume, or catch up on.
It is a space to come back to yourself, month by month, in rhythm with the lunar cycles, with themes that invite genuine inner exploration. A held container where women come to reclaim themselves, quietly, honestly, and at their own pace.
Transformation here does not come from information. It comes from being witnessed. From asking yourself the questions you have been too busy to sit with. From arriving, month after month, in a space where you are held exactly as you are.
Every month moves through a complete arc. Solo inner work with your workbook. Collective witnessing at the Dark Moon circle. Guided integration at the close of the month. Beginning, middle, and end. A rhythm you can rely on.
Your Monthly Workbook
At the start of each month you receive a workbook built around that month's reclamation theme. A genuine companion for your inner work, not a course to complete or a task list to work through.
Each workbook opens with a personal letter from me, followed by a teaching section exploring the theme with real depth and honesty. Then day by day: a gentle daily invitation, three deep journaling prompts, and a daily affirmation. Special pages honour the Full Moon, Dark Moon, and New Moon.
There is no getting it wrong. There is no falling behind.
Monthly Dark Moon Sister Circle
Once a month, around the Dark Moon, we gather on Zoom for a sacred sister circle.
By the time we arrive, you will have been sitting with the workbook for two weeks. Long enough for something real to have moved in you. You arrive with what the work has already stirred.
The Dark Moon is the threshold between cycles. The sacred pause before the light returns.
Together we move through guided meditation, reflective sharing, a release ceremony, and an oracle card reading for the month ahead.
Approximately one hour, always recorded. You do not need to share if you do not wish to. You simply need to arrive.
Monthly Live Group Coaching Call
At the close of each month, we gather for a 30-minute live group coaching call.
By this point you have spent the whole month with the workbook, been held in the Dark Moon circle, and had the second half of the month to continue reflecting. This is where everything integrates. Where questions become clarity and the work becomes embodied.
Bring questions, share what has shifted, or simply listen and receive. All of it is held.
Held on the last Thursday of the month at 7.30pm via Zoom, always recorded.
Guided Meditation Library
Access to a growing library of guided meditations for rest, reclamation, grounding, and sacred self-care.
These are yours to return to whenever you need them, at any time of day or night. New meditations are added when I feel called to create them.

Do I need any experience of this kind of work to join?
No. The Sanctuary welcomes women wherever they are on their journey. Whether you are completely new to inner work or have been on this path for years, there is a place for you here.
Can I join at any point in the month?
Yes. You are welcome to join at any time and will have immediate access to the current month's workbook and the meditation library.
What if I need to cancel?
There is no contract and no penalty. You can cancel your membership at any time and your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. You are also welcome to rejoin whenever you feel ready.

What happens if I miss a circle or a coaching call?
Everything is recorded and available to watch in your own time. There is no pressure to attend live, though many women find the live gatherings particularly nourishing. You can engage as much or as little as life allows.

Is this the same as 1:1 coaching?
