I am passionate about working with people in a variety of ways and that includes offering both in-person and online workshops. I think these are wonderful ways to come together, to share space, knowledge and beautiful energy.

Full Moon in Scorpio
Breathwork, Meditation, and Journaling online workshop

I invite you to join me on Wednesday 24 April for an evening of breathwork, meditation and journaling as we take a deep dive into the underworld where we will meet the dark Goddess to honour the Full Moon in Scorpio.
Give yourself over to the Goddess and surrender to an evening of sacred self care.
We will begin with some sacred breathwork practices. This goes beyond deep breathing and will help to get you into a state of calm and relaxation. Breathwork will also help you to begin the releasing and cleansing process.
I will then lead you into a guided meditation to meet the dark goddess, where you will be encouraged to release all that no longer serves you in order to begin your transformational journey that Scorpio is asking of you. Are you ready to shed the layers that you no longer need and claim your divine sovereignty?
Following the meditation I will guide you into some journaling with some specific prompts for the Full Moon in Scorpio. You will also have some time to process what may have come up for you during the meditation.
The evening will conclude with everyone being given an opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences of the meditation and their journaling, what came up for them, what they wanted to release, any messages or guidance that came through.
This event will take place on Zoom and will last for approximately 75 - 90 minutes.
The workshop will be recorded and sent out to everyone so if you are unable to attend you will be able to watch it in your own time. The recording will be available for two weeks but you can download it and keep it for longer if you wish.
