In this intense 2 hour session we will take a deep dive into where you are now, get clarity on what it is that you truly want, what is your souls calling, what are your core values, and draw up an action plan
This intense 2 hour Soul Enquiry is ideal for anyone who is feeling completely lost and doesn’t quite know where to start. It is a good introduction to my coaching and a cost effective alternative to my coaching packages.
We will do a deep dive into your soul. So, what does that mean exactly? Well, basically, we will begin by looking at your core values, what really matters to you. We may use techniques such as visualisations, meditation, working with the chakras. We will look at what the drivers and motivators are to be sure that they are enough to keep you on track. What intentions do you want to set to get you on the right path? Once we have identified these we can work on pulling together a realistic action plan for you with dates for you to work towards.
This is about creating an authentic life for you and this soul enquiry is your starting point. It will help give you some tools so you can go away at the end of the two hours with some clarity and focus on what it is that you want and what action you need to do in order to reach your goals.
You will have the option to book a follow up session if you would like to, to keep you accountable, or if you feel that more work is needed.

Investment
Your initial investment to work with me for this intense 2 hour session is £150 which includes the action plan. Follow up 1 hour sessions are available at £75 an hour or you are welcome to book one of my coaching packages afterwards should you wish to.
You will never be left to feel abandoned and even if you decide that you have the tools and then a bit later on want to come back for 'a top up' you will always be welcome.
